Christmas orders!

The cut off date for orders with guaranteed delivery before Christmas 2023 is November 23rd. We cannot guarantee orders placed after this date will arrive in time for Christmas. Due to the Christmas break orders placed during our Black Friday sale or after will be shipping in January once we are back in the studio.

Our studio will be closed from 22nd December - 2nd January. All returns and exchanges will be honoured upon our return in the new year and the refund period will be extended to 30 days from delivery for any order placed between 24th November to 2nd January

Current wait time for all make to order pieces is 4-8 weeks


What is the difference between "Item ready to ship" and "Made to order"?

Items detailed as "Ready to ship" are premade and in stock at our London studio and will be dispatched via First Class Post within 2-3 days.

"Made to Order" items are not currently in stock and will be knitted at our London studio for you once payment has been completed. We try to get items out as quickly as possible and items are normally dispatched within 2-4 weeks, however sale items and items purchased during busy periods such as Christmas may be subject to longer production times. We are able to sometimes offer an “Express service” for delivery in 1-2 weeks, however due to the nature of our production process we cannot guarantee delivery dates - if you would like to hear more about our express service please email info@mollyohalloran.co.uk

Do you offer custom styles?

We do offer length alterations however all custom orders are non refundable. Custom colour combos are also available upon request. To enquire about a custom order please use the contact form or this email: info@mollyohalloran.co.uk

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. However please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees incurred for orders outside of the UK.

Due to the ongoing Royal Mail Strikes delivery times for both international and national deliveries may be subject to delay.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on any orders (apart from those with size alterations and custom colourways) Your item must be unworn and returned in its original condition in order for a refund or exchange to be processed. All refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery. If this is not the case, we cannot guarantee your return will be accepted. Molly O’Halloran Knitwear aren't liable for your item while it is in transit back to us. All refunds and exchanges are processed within 10 working days of receiving the item back to our studio but please allow an extra 10 days for PayPal or Stripe payments to clear. Molly O’Halloran Knitwear will not be responsible for the cost of return.

Please do not send returns using Evri as they are not able to deliver items to our studio address and Molly O’Halloran Knitwear are not liable for arranging re delivery.

For international returns, we will not refund any taxes and fees levied by customs and tax authorities and you are responsible for obtaining any refund from your local tax authority.

Are your pieces available to loan?

Yes, however as we make to order there is only limited pieces available. Please email the size range you're looking for, call in date, shoot date and return date to info@mollyohalloran.co.uk to inquire.
